In comparison with most industrial chairs, the Clam Square Spider Chair has a larger seat and a substantial back-rest for user comfort.
Previously known as the Big Fella Drafting Chair, the seat comprises a tough polyurethane skin moulded over a robust steel and wooden frame. It features individual controls for adjustable seat height, as well as back-rest tilt and height adjustment. The Clam Square is easy to wipe clean, and has an inverted telescopic gas lift cover to minimise dust under the seat. The Spider Base provides a stable step-up platform for working at elevated surfaces, and it also functions as a footrest.
The larger dimensions and user adjustability of the Clam Square Spider Chair make it ideal for industrial, lab, or workshop environments.
