Where the seating goes, who uses it, how long they sit and what the room demands. Cleaning protocols, hygiene, ESD, floor surfaces, working heights and any certification requirements.

02 / Day 4–5Specify the solution+

Materials and finishes, cleanability, chemical resistance, ergonomic adjustment, foot support, castors or glides, load capacity. Samples and technical detail where you need them.

03 / Week 1–2Coordinate supply and delivery+

Clear pricing, real availability and honest lead times. Single-site, multi-site or staged — one point of contact from approval through to installation.

04 / Week 2–3+Support what we supplied+

Warranties, replacement parts, care and cleaning guidance, and product continuity when you need to add more in two years and want them to match.
